Long-Track or Dry-land training?

We all want to spend as much time on the oval, but when the temperature drops below -30 (Celsius, with or without the Windchill) we will be doing dry-land training. On those days bring your gym gear and a yoga mat or beach towel to the club room. Don’t forget to bring your water bottle.
