The Winnipeg Speed Skating Club administers the Sargent Park Racers speed skating program, which is open to Special Olympics athletes of all ages. Our current athletes have competed successfully at the provincial and national levels.
Short-track speed skating practices are held on Sunday afternoons from October to March at Sargent Park Arena. Interested skaters or their caregivers should contact us prior to registering. This is a subsidized program of Special Olympics Manitoba.
