Manitoba Meets 2019/20
WCSSC encourages all its members (yes, all ages!) to attend meets throughout the year. These meets are a great opportunity for the children to experience a competition in a fun and encouraging environment. Open House
Our annual open house on September 18th was a great success. Our WCSSC Provincial Team members were on the ice assisting the new skaters and showing them how much fun speed skating is! We are excited to start the new season next month!
Save the Date – Parent Orientation Sept 24th
Parent Orientation will be held Tuesday, September 24th at 7:00 pm for all WCSSC parents at the Corydon Community Centre (1370 Grosvenor Ave). We will be reviewing the clubs programs and meets, equipment requirements, skate sharpening, etc. This event is mandatory for all families of the Winnipeg Central Speed Skating Club.
