• First Strides 1 Learn to Skate (Introductory – is for those new to skating). They focus on standing, falling, and gliding; we play lots of games while learning these skills. Regular skates ONLY

• Fast Strides 2 Provincial (Recreational – only our club ladder races, no provincial meets) is for new beginning and early development skaters who are recreational skaters. They focus on learning techniques in a fun environment so that they will develop a love for the sport in any type of skate. Regular or speed skates (rentals)

• Fast Strides 2 Inter-Provincial (Competitive – skater attends provincial meets hosted by SSM or another club) is for returning skaters and those developing good technique who can skate safely in a group at higher speeds in speed skates. Skaters will compete in provincial meets. Speed skate only (rentals)

• Fast Strides 3 Inter-Provincial (Competitive – skater attends provincial meets hosted by SSM or another club) is designed for skaters typically aged 12 and above who also possess excellent technique and good control at high speeds in speed skates. Skaters will compete in provincial and national meets. Speed skates only (rentals)
  $375 + Tax – once a week

• Masters is for skaters 18+ with basic skating skills who want to learn how to skate on speed skates. (rentals)

• Speed Skating 101 is for kids ages 6 to 17 years who have basic skating skills and want to try speed skates for a short program. (We provide the club speed skates)
  FALL PROGRAM $200 – once a week
