If you, or someone you know, is interested in trying out the sport before signing up for the season, we have an opportunity to Give Speed Skating a Try. The event consists of 1.5 hours of ice time with coaches and experienced skaters to introduce you to the sport of speed skating. All ages welcome. As long as we have skates that fit, you can join us!
1111 Wall Street, Sargent Park arena
- $20 for the session (applicable to your registration fee if you sign up for the season).
- Skates will be provided.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY FOR “GIVE SPEED SKATING A TRY”, and there are a limited number of spots. If you are interested, please send an email to our Registrar, and we will send you forms and additional important information (including equipment list).
Date: Thursday, October 17, 2019
Time: Arrive at 5:45 p.m. for skate fitting; ice time is 6:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
